CREOLE HAM STEAK 
Place thick ham slices in a baking dish.

SAUCE:

1 c. water
1/2 c. apple butter
1 tsp. prepared mustard
2 cubes chicken bouillon
1/2 c. sherry
1/4 c. raisins

Heat in saucepan until mixed. Pour sauce over ham slices. Heat at 350 degrees for approximately 1 hour. Baste periodically.
