HAM STEAK SAUCE 
1 c. orange juice
1/2 c. golden or regular raisins
2 tbsp. red currant jelly
1/4 tsp. salt

Stir above in skillet or pan over medium heat. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer 15 minutes. 1 tbsp. water

Blend together in cup. Stir into above mixture. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until slightly thickened.

Add peaches, beat thoroughly. To serve, spoon over ham as desired.
