HAM IN A CAN | |
1 (5 lb.) canned ham (remove key for opening after baking) 1/4 c. catsup 1/4 c. BBQ sauce 1/2 c. frozen orange juice concentrate 2 tbsp. brown sugar Blend brown sugar with catsup, juices and sauces. Puncture about 6 holes in top of the can with large beer can opener and bake on cookie sheet for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Then drain off all the ham juices and add the blended juices into the holes. Bake another 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. No shrinkage! Open with key. Remove ham and serve. |
