RHUBARB CRISP 
4 c. chopped rhubarb
3/4 c. sugar
1 sm. box strawberry Jello
1 box cake mix (yellow or white)
1 c. cold water
1/3 c. butter

Layer ingredients. Dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes. Cool and refrigerate.
