1 box yellow cake
1 stick butter, melted
1 egg
1 c. chopped nuts

TOPPING:

1 box powdered sugar
1 pkg. cream cheese (8 oz.)
2 eggs

Mix cake mix, butter, 1 egg and 1 cup chopped nuts together. Pour into greased baking pan (9 x 13 inch) and pat mixture down.

Mix Topping: Powdered sugar, Philadelphia cream cheese and 2 eggs (not long until well mix). Pour over mixture already in pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
