ZUCCHINI SOUP 
1 lb. hot sausage
2 c. chopped celery
2 lbs. chopped zucchini
1 c. chopped onion
2 cans (28 oz.) size stewed tomatoes
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
2 green peppers, chopped

Brown meat in dutch oven, add remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer 1 hour. Serve with garlic bread. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
