ROAST BEEF 
1 roast (whatever size & cut you like)
1 pkg. dry onion mix
1 can mushroom soup
1 can celery soup
Potatoes
Carrots

Line baking pan with foil. Arrange roast on foil. Add onion mix and soups. Wrap foil over. Bake at 350 degrees, 2 to 4 hours, depending on size.

Note: If meat is frozen, add 1 hour baking time.

Note: If desired, add potatoes and carrots last hour of cooking.
