"LEFTOVER" VEGETABLE BEEF SOUP | |
Cut approx. 2 c. leftover roast into cubes 1 onion, chopped 3 potatoes, peeled & diced 2 cans tomatoes 1 can sliced carrots (or 4 raw carrots, sliced) 1 can cut green beans 1 sm. can whole kernel corn 2 c. water 3 beef bouillon cubes 1 tsp. basil 1/2 tsp. garlic powder 1 tsp. salt Put all ingredients into a crock pot, set on medium heat. Let cook all day until dinner time. Serve with corn bread. Serves 6. |
