GERMAN STYLE WAX BEANS 
8 slices bacon, diced
1/2 c. sliced green onions
1 (16 oz.) can sliced wax beans, drained
1/4 c. white wine vinegar
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. diced pimento

Fry bacon until almost crisp. Drain off all but 2 tablespoons bacon drippings. Add onions; fry until bacon is crisp. Stir in remaining ingredients; heat through.
