SCHNITZEL BEANS (GERMAN) | |
2 cans green beans, (french cut or regular), drained 4 slices bacon, chopped 1 c. sugar 1/2 c. vinegar 1 sm. onion, chopped Fry chopped bacon until brown. Add sugar and vinegar to bacon and fat. Cook until sugar is dissolved. Add onions and green beans; simmer about 20 minutes. |
