COLD PEA SALAD 
10 oz. frozen peas, rinsed
3/4 - 1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. salted peanuts
1/2 c. salted cashews
1/4 c. finely chopped celery
1/4 c. finely chopped onion

Mix all of the above ingredients and refrigerate until serving time. When adding sour cream, do not make too soupy. Add cooked chicken or turkey to use as a main dish or in pita pockets.
