POTATO SALAD | |
4 c. diced potatoes, cooked 1 sm. onion, chopped 2 stalks celery, chopped 2 hard boiled eggs, chopped 1 c. salad dressing 1/4 c. vinegar 1/4 c. sugar 3 tbsp. prepared mustard Drain potatoes well after cooking. Do not over cook potatoes. Add onions, celery and eggs. Mix together salad dressing, vinegar, sugar and mustard. Pour over potatoes and toss so that all the potatoes are well covered with dressing. Chill, the longer it sets, the better the taste. |
