PUMPKIN BREAD | |
3 c. flour 4 eggs, beaten 16 oz. can pumpkin 1 c. vegetable oil 2/3 c. water 1 c. chopped nuts or dates 1 tbsp. cinnamon 1 tbsp. nutmeg 1 tsp. salt 2 tsp. baking soda 3 1/3 c. flour Beat sugar and eggs; add pumpkin, oil and water. Beat in dry ingredients. Add nuts or dates. Pour in 2 well greased loaf pans, bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Cool in pans for 15 to 20 minutes. Remove from pans; continue baking on rack another 10 minutes. Wrap when cooled. |
