BEEF ASADA 
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. diced tomatoes
8 whole pepper corns
1 bay leaf
2 cloves garlic
1/4 c. vinegar (white)
2 med. size onions, quartered
2 med. sized potatoes (quartered)
1 tbsp. paprika

Cook beef that has been cut into serving pieces with pepper, salt, garlic, bay leaf, vinegar and water. When liquid has partly evaporated, add paprika and continue to cook until meat is brown. Add some water until beef is tender. Add the tomatoes, potatoes and onions and continue to simmer until almost dry.
