GROUND BEEF TORTILLAS 
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
1 c. frozen corn
1 lb. ground beef
Salt & pepper to taste
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
2 tbsp. chili powder
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
8 flour tortillas
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. chopped fresh coriander

Heat oven to 300 degrees. Chop onion and mince garlic. Thaw corn. Crumble meat into a large frying pan and add onion. Cook over medium heat until brown, 10 to 15 minutes. Add garlic, salt and pepper to taste, spices and tomato sauce and cook until mixture thickens, about 10 minutes. Wrap tortillas in foil and warm in oven for about 10 minutes. Stir corn into meat and cook until heated through, 2 to 3 minutes. Remove from heat and add vinegar. Top each tortilla with 1/4 of the meat, sprinkle with coriander and roll up.
