GLAZED CORNED BEEF 
4-5 lb. corned beef
3 onions, sliced
1 bay leaf
1 clove garlic
1/2 tsp. rosemary
1 stalk celery
Cloves

Cook meat covered in water with onions, bay leaf, garlic and celery. Bring to boil and simmer slowly for 4 hours, or until tender. After the meat is cooked, combine ingredients for sauce and pour over meat with cloves in the meat. Roast at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

SAUCE:

2 tbsp. butter
5 tbsp. catsup
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
3 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. brown sugar
