SPINACH BALLS 
2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
4 oz. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 c. Pepperidge Farm herb dressing
1/2 lb. melted butter
4 eggs
1 lg. onion, chopped fine

Mix all ingredients. Chill 1 hour. Shape into balls on cookie sheet. Freeze one hour. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
