APPLE RAISIN BREAD PUDDING 
4 apples, peeled and cubed
8-10 end crusts of bread
1 c. white sugar
1/2 c. raisins
2 eggs, beaten
2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. butter
1 tsp. cinnamon

Mix apples, bread, raisins and white sugar together. Mix eggs, milk and vanilla and add to apple mixture. Put in a buttered 8 x 8 casserole. Mix remaining ingredients and rub into crumbs. Sprinkle on top of pudding and bake until golden brown at 350°F. Serve warm with ice cream or plain cream.
