APPLE AND RAISIN SALAD 
4 c. cubed apples
1 c. pineapple tidbits
2 tbsp. chopped celery
2 tbsp. chopped pecans
2 tbsp. raisins
1 c. sour cream
1 tbsp. salad dressing
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. orange juice

In a large bowl, combine the apples, pineapple tidbits, celery, pecans and raisins. In a smaller bowl, mix together the sour cream, salad dressing, sugar and orange juice. Pour over first mixture and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours or until chilled. Toss again just before serving.

Use unsweetened pineapple tidbits, fat-free sour cream and reduced-fat salad dressing for less calories.
