CHEESE AND CORN CASSEROLE 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen whole kernel corn
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 tbsp. butter
3 beaten eggs
1 c. shredded American cheese
1/2 c. milk
Several dashes bottled hot pepper sauce
1 tbsp. sunflower nuts or toasted wheat germ

In medium saucepan bring 1/2 cup water to boiling. Add corn, onion, and green pepper. Return to boiling, reduce heat. Cover and simmer 5 minutes or until tender. Drain. Stir in butter, eggs, cheese, milk, and hot pepper sauce. Spoon into four (8 ounce) ungreased casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until set. Sprinkle top of casseroles with sunflower nuts and toasted wheat germ. 4 servings.
