ESCALLOPED CHEESE/CORN CASSEROLE 
1 egg
20 oz. can creamed corn
1 c. milk
3/4 tsp. salt
1 1/4 fresh bread crumbs
1/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Bake 325 degrees, 30 minutes. Makes 5 servings.
