APRICOT RELISH 
11 oz. dried apricots
20 oz. crushed pineapple, drained, reserve juice
1 c. golden raisins
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. lemon juice

Use pineapple juice and enough water to cover apricots. Boil gently 30 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and simmer about 15 minutes.
