APRICOT BRAN PINWHEELS 
1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
2 tbsp. packed light brown sugar
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/3 c. butter
1 c. 100% Bran
1/4 c. Egg Beater 99% Real Egg
1/2 c. plain lowfat yogurt
1/4 c. apple juice
1/3 c. Polaner Apricot All-Fruit (cut up lg. pieces)
1/4 c. seedless raisins
Confectioners sugar glaze

Mix flour, sugar, baking powder; cut in butter. Stir in bran, egg product, yogurt and juice until blended. On floured board, knead 8-10 times; roll to 12x10 inches. Spread fruit spread on dough; top with raisins. Roll up from long edge; cut into 12 slices.

Place on greased baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 15-18 minutes. Cool slightly; glaze if desired. Serve warm. Yield: 12 servings.
