BEEFY PINWHEEL 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
3/4 c. fresh bread crumbs
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
3 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. dried Italian seasoning
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
2 tbsp. ketchup

Combine ground beef, bread crumbs, eggs, salt and pepper, mixing lightly but thoroughly. Combine spinach, cheese, Italian seasoning and garlic powder. Place beef mixture on waxed paper and pat into 14 x 10 inch rectangle. Spread spinach mixture over beef to within 3/4 inch of edge on all sides.

Roll up jelly roll fashion starting at short end of rectangle. Place beef mixture over spinach filling at both ends. Place loaf, seam side down on rack in open roasting pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Spread ketchup over loaf, continue baking 15 minutes more.
