2 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. butter
1/4 c. white sugar
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts
1 (4 servings) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
2 eggs
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips

Mix flour and soda. Combine butter, sugars, vanilla and pudding mix. Beat until smooth, add eggs, add flour mixture, chips and nuts. Drop on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes.

For chocolate - chocolate chip cookies, substitute chocolate instant pudding. About 7 dozen.
