PORK STIR FRY WITH LINGUINE 
2 lb. pork cutlets
1/2 lb. linguine
2 tbsp. oil
2 cloves minced garlic
2 (6 oz.) pkg. pea pods
1 c. milk
2 tbsp. crushed dry basil
Dash of nutmeg
2/3 c. shredded Swiss cheese
2 (4 oz.) cans sliced mushrooms

Partially freeze pork. Slice thinly into bite size strips or pieces. Cook linguine. Keep warm.

Preheat wok or large skillet. Add oil. Stir fry garlic for 30 seconds. Add pea pods. Stir for 2 minutes. Remove pods. Add oil if necessary. Add 1/2 of pork strips, stir fry for 3 to 4 minutes. Remove and add remaining pork, stir frying for 3 to 4 minutes.

Remove from pan. In wok or large fry pan, add milk, basil, nutmeg and cheese, stirring until cheese melts. Stir in pods, pork and mushrooms, into cheese mixture. Remove from heat. Add to linguine and toss to heat through.
