PORK STIR FRY 
1 lb. boneless pork
4 oz. linguine or spaghetti
1 tbsp. cooking oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 (6 oz.) pkg. frozen pea pods
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. dried basil, crushed
Dash ground nutmeg
1/3 c. shredded process Swiss cheese
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained

Thinly slice pork into bite size strips. Cook the linguine in boiling water 8 to 10 minutes or until tender, drain and keep warm. Preheat large skillet over high heat; add oil. Stir fry the garlic 30 seconds. Add pea pods; stir fry 2 minutes. Remove pea pods. May have to add more oil to a skillet; add half pork; stir fry 3 to 4 minutes. Remove pork. Stir fry remaining pork 3 to 4 minutes; remove. In skillet heat milk, basil and nutmeg. Add cheese; cook and stir the mixture must until the cheese melts. Stir pea pods, pork and mushrooms into cheese mixture. Heat through and add linguine. Makes 4 servings.
