STRAWBERRY AND PRETZEL SALAD 
2 c. pretzels, crushed not find
3/4 c. butter, melted
3 tbsp. sugar
1 lg. pkg. strawberry Jello
2 c. boiling water
2 (10 oz.) pkg. strawberries or 2 c. fresh strawberries
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
2 c. Cool Whip

Mix together pretzels, butter and sugar. Press into 13 x 9 inch pan and bake at 400 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Mix Jello, boiling water and strawberries. Stir until dissolved. Place in refrigerator to cool for 30 minutes. Mix cream cheese and sugar. Fold in Cool Whip. Spread over pretzel mixture. Pour cooled Jello on top and refrigerate. Let set 4-5 hours before serving. Can top with more Cool Whip.
