FRENCH TOAST 
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2/3 c. whole milk
5 to 6 slices of whole wheat or whole grain bread

Beat eggs, stir in vanilla, spices and milk. Dip bread in mixture and cook on hot greased skillet. Turn when brown. Serve immediately.
