FRENCH TOAST 
2 slices dry whole wheat bread
2 egg whites
2 tbsp. skim milk
1/8 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tbsp. poly-unsaturated vegetable oil

Mix egg whites, skim milk, vanilla and cinnamon and beat lightly. Heat griddle or fry pan until hot and then add oil. Dip bread into egg mixture and then fry until golden brown, turning once. Serve immediately. Serves 2.
