6 med. potatoes
1 c. sour cream
1 (3 oz.) pkg. Phili cream cheese
1/4 c. butter butter
Paprika

Peel and dice potatoes. Cook in salted water and mash. Mix cream cheese with sour cream and add to potatoes. Put into 2 quart casserole. Dot with butter and sprinkle with paprika. Can be made ahead and refrigerated - but bake for 1 hour.

350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Serves 6.
