"COMPANY" POTATOES 
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 sm. onion
1/2 tsp. pepper
Dash of salt
2 c. sour cream
2 c. cheddar cheese, grated
1 sm. box cornflakes, crushed
1/2 c. butter, melted
2 lb. bag frozen hash browns

Mix first 7 ingredients well in very large bowl. Add hash browns and mix well. Pour into 9x13 pan.

Mix crushed cornflakes and melted butter. Spread on top of potato mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
