6-8 potatoes 4 tbsp. butter 4 tbsp. flour 2 c. milk 1 lb. longhorn cheese 1 sm. box Velveeta cheese Cook, cool, peel and cube potatoes. Melt 4 tablespoons butter and remove from heat. Add flour and stir. Add milk and return to heat. Stir and add shredded cheese, salt, and pepper. Keep on heat until sauce thickens. Combine sauce with potatoes in a casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. |
