COMPANY POTATOES 
1/2 c. butter (melted)
2 lbs. plain, frozen hash browns
1 pt. sour cream
1/2 c. chopped onion, green if available
1 can cream of celery soup
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 c. crushed flakes or potato chips

Add melted butter to potatoes. Combine sour cream, chopped onion, soup, cheese and salt and pepper. Mix well. Add to potatoes.

Pour into 7 1/2 x 12 inch baking dish. Sprinkle top with crushed corn flakes or potato chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour. Serves 12.
