EASY FRUIT SALAD 
2 c. seedless grapes
2 (11 oz.) cans Mandarin orange segments, chilled & drained
2 (8 1/4 oz.) cans pineapple chunks, chilled & drained
2 red apples, washed & sliced
2 pears, sliced
1 1/2 c. fruit salad yogurt dressing (below)
8 lettuce leaves

Mix fruits together. Pour dressing over fruits. Refrigerate for about one hour. To serve, spoon 1/2 cup of fruit salad onto each lettuce leaf. Makes 8 servings.

Fruit Salad Yogurt Dressing
1 1/3 c. plain, nonfat yogurt
4-5 pkg. Equal
5 tsp. lemon juice

Mix all ingredients thoroughly. This dressing can be used over servings of single fruit slices and as a topping for waffles or pancakes. Makes 1 1/2 cups.
