FRUIT CRISP 
1 c. dry oatmeal
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. flour
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. butter
3 1/2 c. fruit

Mix dry ingredients. Cut in butter until mixture is crumbly. Place fruit in 9 inch square pan that has been buttered. Pour juice over fruit until half covered. Sprinkle 1/3 topping over fruit. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Store left-over topping mixture in covered container in refrigerator for later use.
