CORN CHOWDER 
1 (17 oz.) can creamed corn
2 c. milk (not low fat or skim)
1 1/2 c. frozen diced hash browns (6 oz.)
1 green onion, chopped
3 pieces bacon, cooked, crumbled
Salt and pepper

Combine first 5 ingredients in heavy medium saucepan. Simmer until soup slightly thickened, stirring occasionally. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
