CREAM CHEESE RING 
1 loaf Rhodes Sweet Dough OR
13 (1.25 oz.) Dinner Rolls OR
8 Texas Rolls
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. raisins
1 tbsp. melted butter

In a small bowl blend cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice, raisins and butter. If using rolls, knead them together. On a lightly floured surface, roll dough into a 15x12-inch rectangle. Spread with filling.

Starting with longer side, roll up tightly. Pinch edges to seal. Form ring and pinch ends to seal.

Place ring seam-side-down on a greased cookie sheet. With scissors, make cuts 1 inch apart through ring to 1 inch from center. Turn each slice on its side. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise in a warm place until almost doubled, about 20 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Glaze while still warm.

FROSTING:

1 c. powdered sugar
1 tbsp. softened butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
3-4 tsp. milk

Combine all ingredients. Glaze should be consistency that will run down the sides.
