2 cans pork and beans
1/2 c. catsup
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. Dijon or regular mustard
1/3 c. chopped onion
Grated cheese
Tortilla chips
1/3 c. steak sauce
8 slices Canadian bacon

In 2 quart saucepan, combine beans, catsup, sugar, mustard, steak sauce and bacon. Stir until mixture boils. Reduce heat; simmer for 20 minutes. To serve, top with chopped onions and grated cheese. Garnish with tortilla chips.
