1 lb. ground beef 2 lg. baking potatoes 1 med. onion 2 lg. carrots 1 lg. stalk celery 1 sm. green pepper 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, drained Salt and pepper
Take 4 large sheets of aluminum foil and lay them on the counter. Shape ground beef into 4 patties. Place 1 patty on each piece of aluminum foil. Cut potatoes and onion into thick slices. Cut carrots, celery, and green pepper into 2 inch chunks. Place some of each vegetable on top of ground beef. Put tomatoes on top. Season with salt and pepper. Bring ends of aluminum foil together and seal on top. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour.
Helpful Hint: Be careful when you open the Chuck Wagon Dinners - they're steaming hot!
If you wish, have an adult help you and grill the dinners over hot coals for 1 hour.
