MUSHROOM MEAT LOAF | |
1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 1/2 lb. hamburger 1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs 1 med. onion, chopped 1 egg 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/4 c. milk Combine 1/2 cup soup with remaining ingredients except milk. Pack into 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 hours. Pour off liquid, turn loaf out on hot platter. Heat remaining soup with milk. Pour over loaf. Serves 6. |
