GREEN RICE 
1/2 cup bell pepper
1 bunch green onions
1 tbsp. parsley
1 or 2 jalapeno peppers
6 chicken bouillon cubes
1 cup of rice
2 cups water

Chop bell pepper, onions, and jalapeno peppers. Sauté in butter. Add bouillon cubes, 1 cup rice and water. Let stand until moisture is gone.
