RICE AND GREEN CHILIES 
2/4 cup rice
2 cups sour cream
6 oz. chopped green chilies
butter
1/2 lb. grated Jack cheese
salt to taste

Cook Rice. Combine cooled rice with sour cream and chilies. Season to taste with salt and butter. Arrange 1/2 mixture in buttered casserole dish; spread with 1/2 the cheese. Then spread the rest of the rice; and the rest of the cheese.

Bake 350°F for 30 minutes.
