STUFFED SHELLS 
1 lg. onion, chopped
2 lb. ground turkey
2 lg. zucchini, shredded
1 jar spaghetti sauce (32 oz.)
2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 box lg. shells

Brown onion and turkey, add shredded zucchini and 1/2 jar spaghetti sauce. Simmer while shells cook. When shells have cooled spoon turkey mixture into shells. Use a 9 x 13 inch pan. Line entire bottom of pan with shells try to use all of turkey mixture.

Spread the remaining spaghetti sauce over shells. Sprinkle shredded Mozzarella cheese over entire top. Bake at 375 degrees approximately 45 minutes. Serves 8 to 10.
