STUFFED JUMBO SHELLS ITALIANO 
20 - 24 (about 8 oz.) jumbo macaroni shells
1 beaten egg
3/4 c. soft bread crumbs
1/4 c. snipped parsley
1 tbsp. minced onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1 lb. hamburger meat
4 oz. mozzarella cheese, cut into sm. cubes (1 c.)
3 c. Italian sauce

Cook shells in boiling water till done (about 20 minutes). Drain. In mixing bowl combine, egg, bread crumbs, parsley, onion and salt. Add meat and cheese. Mix well. Stuff shells with meat mixture. Pour 1/2 sauce in 2 quart casserole. Arrange shells. Pour remaining sauce over shells. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 to 1 1/4 hour or until meat is done or cook in microwave covered with plastic wrap for 30 minutes on high.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
