LASAGNA 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 pkg. Velveeta shredded cheese
1 pkg. Mozzarella cheese
1 box lasagna shells
Salt
Pepper
2 jars Ragu sauce - chunky style

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly oil bottom of pan with cooking oil. Bring lasagne shells to a boil in large saucepan. Cook until slightly tender. Brown ground beef, season to taste. Drain. Add one jar of Ragu sauce to ground beef. Layer 1/2 of cooked shells on bottom of pan. Pour 1/2 of other jar of Ragu on top; then cover with 1/2 of meat mixture and sprinkle with both cheeses. Repeat steps ending with cheese on top. Place in oven for 15-20 minutes to melt cheese. Serve.
