OLD MEXICO CHILI 
1 1/2 lbs. stew meat, cubed
2 tbsp. oil
1 med. onion, chopped
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 (1 lb.) can kidney beans
2 tsp. chili powder
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce

Brown meat in oil; drain off excess oil. Place stew meat and remaining ingredients in slow electric cooker and cover. Cook on LOW 6-8 hours or HIGH 3-4 hours. Serves 4.
