BAKED HASH BROWNS 
2 lbs. frozen hash browns
1/2 c. melted butter
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
16 oz. sour cream
2 c. grated American cheese
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 can cream of celery soup

TOPPING:

1/4 c. melted butter
2 c. crushed corn flakes

Place hash browns in 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix together remaining ingredients and pour over top of hash browns. Top with corn flakes mixture. Bake 50-60 minutes at 350 degrees.
