QUICK CHILI BEANS 
2 lbs. browned ground beef
1 lg. can pinto beans (40 to 47 oz.)
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 sm. can tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. oregano
2 bay leaves
1 tsp. garlic powder
2 to 3 tbsp. sugar
1 c. water, keep adding as needed

Put all ingredients together and simmer for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
