2 eggs
1/2 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. flour
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. water
pinch of ground mustard

Mix sugar, eggs and flour; stir good. Add water and vinegar. Cook over low heat stirring all the time. It will get thick and bubbles will appear. Cool and it will keep for months in the refrigerator.
